Growing in Faith
River Oak’s Women’s Ministry invites you to our Fall Bible Study. After
being encouraged from 1 Peter in the true grace of God and our living hope,
we will continue our study this fall in 2 Peter. As we continue to walk down
the twists and turns of this day and age, 2 Peter will remind us to turn our
eyes to Christ and rest in the promises and power of God!
Wednesday Evenings
We will be studying 2 Peter using a study book by Sarah Ivill: Steadfast in the Faith. We will meet weekly over Zoom for a time of prayer, study, and mutual encouragement as we engage with this powerful epistle!
- Date/time: Begins September 23. Wednesdays from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
- Location: Zoom (the link will be provided to those who RSVP and also posted on the ROC FB group).
- Study Guide: 1 Peter, 2 Peter, and Jude: Steadfast in the Faith (Sarah Ivill). Cost: $11 available through ChristianBook. Note: Purchasing the book is not a requirement for participating in the study (but feel free to do so at the link above).

Thursday Mornings
Due to COVID-19, there is no concrete plan as of yet for resuming the in-person Thursday morning Bible study. We will communicate the details if a group does form.
