Join Together to Study God’s Word!
Two exciting women’s Bible studies this fall will provide an opportunity for members, visitors, and friends of River Oaks to grow in their love for the Lord through the study of his Word together.

Topic: Lamb of God
We will be continuing our study through Nancy Guthrie’s study guide: The Lamb of God: Seeing Jesus in Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. We focused on Exodus during the Winter/Spring semester and will now direct our gaze to Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. This is an 11-week study with 2 off weeks in the middle.
The layout of The Lamb of God study is in 3 parts for each book:
- Personal Study Questions
- Teaching Chapter
- Discussion Questions
If you need a book, they will be available at the Welcome Center. Donations of $10 accepted.

We are excited to be offering two in-person meeting options.
Wednesday Evening, 6:00–7:30 pm
- Kicks off August 24, runs for 11 weeks
- Location: Large Sunday school classroom
- Free childcare available
- Food is available as part of ROC On Wednesday, beginning at 5:30pm

Thursday Morning, 10:30 am–12:00 pm
- Kicks off August 25, runs for 11 weeks
- Location: Large Sunday school classroom
