The Word Became Flesh
The turning point of world history was the incarnation of God the Son. In the flesh of Jesus of Nazareth, born of the virgin Mary, the everlasting God dwells with his created people and pours out his favor upon them. It is a story that can never get old even though Christmas seasons come and go. In Christ, God is with us, and God is for us.
Join us this Advent season to look at five key passages from the Gospels that remind us of how the Son of God came down from heaven to make it possible for his people, bought with blood and secured by faith, to be with him in the new heavens and new earth forever.
