“Go and make disciples of all the nations”
River Oaks Church is excited to be sending a team to London to partner with Serge and our supported missionaries (Jeremy and Angel) in Summer 2023 (July 3-10)! The team will participate in LEAP (London Evangelism And Prayer), focusing on learning about world religions and the international community of predominantly South Asians in various neighborhoods outside London.
Each day the team (roughly 90 from sending churches across the US) will participate in contextualized training about the Hindu and Muslim culture and worldview and then put their training into practice in various forms of local outreach. It is a delight for our team to be able to work side-by-side with missionaries that our church has supported for many years as well as meet Christians from around the country with a similar desire to see Christ’s kingdom advance to all the nations.

Our team consists of Anna Hamlett, Joshua Baker, Jessica Woodroof, and Erin Shulfer. This is our first time being a part of LEAP, and we hope to expand the team next year if the Lord leads us in that direction.
