We invite you to join us at River Oaks Church to celebrate the central event of history: the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Whether you have been a Christian for a long time or are exploring what Jesus is all about, you are welcome to join us. We will be having the following worship services and events.
Palm Sunday, April 13

Wednesday, April 16
During ROC On Wednesday, we will be having an Easter Egg Hunt for the children: toddler/pre-K at 6:30pm; lower elementary kids at 6:50pm, and upper elementary kids at 7:10pm.
Good Friday, April 18
- We will hold a special service from 7:00-8:00pm to honor the crucifixion of Jesus.
- The homily will be on Mark 15:16-41
- We will leave the worship center in darkness and silence, as we reflect on the gravity of the death of the Son of God. But come back for the light breaking in on Easter Morning!
- Nursery will not be available (but the cry room and overflow room will be available)
Easter Sunday, April 20
- We will be holding three worship services
- Sunrise service at 7:00am on the church lawn immediately adjacent to the building (bring a blanket or lawn chair for seating)
- 9:00am and 11:00am worship services per usual
- The sermon text in all three services will be Mark 16:1-8, proclaiming the good news of the resurrection of Jesus Christ on the third day. He is risen! He is risen indeed!
- We will not be having Sunday school
- Nursery will be available only for 9am and 11am
