Sunday Worship
- Our Advent Witnesses to the Coming King series will begin with Luke 1:26-38 (the annunciation). Preparation questions:
- Read Isaiah 7:14, 9:2-7, and 2 Samuel 7:12-14. Where do you see their fulfillment in this passage?
- What is the significance of the title, “Son of the Most High” and “Son of God” for understanding this child to be born?
- Preview of bulletin and lyrics
- We will be celebrating the Lord’s Supper and collecting our Deacons’ Offering to support the tangible needs of people in our congregation
- Children’s ministry will be studying Psalm 23. In the 2nd service, ROCK will only be available for Pre-K due to commuion (“Family Sunday”)
- The “Apologetics 101” Sunday school series will look the topic of the existence of God
