- The Romans: The Obedience of Faith sermon series will continue with Rom 3:21-26. Preparation questions:
- What lies at the heart of the gospel?
- What is “propitiation”? Why does it matter?
- The children’s ministry will be studying Elisha and the chariots of fire (2 Kgs 6)
- The Studies in Micah Sunday school series will continue with Micah 1-2
Consider the First Service!
As you may have noticed, we conducted an attendance survey in early February as part of a project to try to ease some of the crowding in the second service (which is a good problem to have!).
At present, our 2nd service is often nearly twice as full as the 1st service (see the stats). We want to try to ensure that everyone has a place to sit during worship, particularly visitors who tend to go to the 2nd service.
So we’d like to ask regular attenders and members who normally go to the 2nd service: would you consider giving the 1st service a try? That simple step could go a long way towards making ROC an even more welcoming place for newcomers and long-time attenders alike.
