Fall Sunday School Series
We were created for fellowship with the living God. The Bible teaches that we have confidence to enter into the presence of God through Christ (2 Cor 3:4). We are called to meditate on his word (Psalm 119). To pray to the Father by the Spirit (Rom 8:26). To sing with and to one another (Eph 5:19).
But we all sometimes hit a wall. We have seasons when our prayers feel like they’re hitting the ceiling. When we’re not sure how to lead our families or small groups to worship Christ. When (if we’re honest with ourselves) opening the Bible is the last thing we want to do to start our days. And maybe we’re not even sure where to start.
During this three month series, we’ll help each other learn and re-learn how to “anchor our souls” (Heb 6:19) in our beloved Savior on a practical, day-to-day basis. It’s more than just “having a quiet time,” but learning how all of life is one of walking with Christ. We’ll have an exciting mix of teachers who don’t profess to be “experts,” but who have seen the Lord be faithful and want to share what they’ve learned.
